Ballycotton / Ballynamona beach is not known as a wave beach but can be good for some kite sessions. Shallow water especially in high tide. There is seaweed and some rocks on the far left and right of the spot, visible at low tide. Best wind direction is NE-E winds.
Ballycotton (and Ballynamona) beach isn't known for good surf but can offer something for beginners. Best swell direction is SSW and offshore wind is NE.
