A big wave curvy beach with several breaks, taking nearly every swell and wind direction. One break is just off the jetty (watch out for the rocky bottom), another is half way down the beach. The shallow salt water lake behind the dunes is good for learning.
Famous 3km long surfer friendly sandy beach. The waves can get messy if directly onshore (W), best directions are NW (cleaner) to SW. An alternative within 2 min drive is north facing 'Mannor'.
