Lisfannon is a good beginner friendly Blue flag beach. The sand bar dries during low tide, so the best time to hit it is around 1.5h after low tide. Best winds are N-W and W-S. The beach is lifeguarded during the summer months.
Kitesurfing instruction available for beginners and advanced (Level 1, 2 and 3). Beginner Introduction (3h/6h): €125/180 Full Kitesurfing course (3x4h): €300 Instructors are IKO (International Kiteboarding Organisation) certified.
