Introduction to Climbing - "Getting Started" (2 days): €190
Weekend course covering all of the basic climbing skills from rope work to the use and selection of equipment. The course aims to lay down a solid foundation and gives you a good start into climbing on a range of Connemara rock climbs.
Rockclimbing Skills - "Improving Skills" (2 days): €190
Using a variety of local venues, this course builds on the introductory skills and covers climbing systems, selection of anchors, belay systems, movement skills and safety awareness.
Learn to Lead Climb - "Proficiency Training" (2 days): €200
This course is aimed at those with experience of seconding rock climbs wanting to lead their first climb. The course covers selection and placement of protection, ropework, route choice and safety awareness giving you the necessary knowledge and confidence to move you into lead climbing.
